Appraisals are changing!  The process, the format, the look . . . The UAD 3.6 is interactive, dynamic, with drop-down boxes and an all-inclusive format.  No more separate forms.  There is more to look for, more to look at, and a new system to learn – for appraisers and everyone that uses them!  Learn how it will work, what it will look like, what appraisers need to be aware of, what questions to be asking of them.

Appraisals of one-unit residential loans sold to Fannie and Freddie MUST use the new UAD 3.6 by November 2, 2026!  Implementation should begin now! And, more and more types of properties will be required to use the new UAD 3.6.  This will replace the current form – everywhere it is used (portfolio, investment, multi-unit, etc.).
