PRESENTER: Kari Kronberg AAP, APRP, NCP Director of Education, Macha/PAR
Kari is a Director of Education at Macha/PAR – Everything Payments, Everywhere with offices in Wisconsin and Maryland. At Macha, she is responsible for conducting association training and certification programs, assisting with event planning, and member service. Prior to joining the Macha team in 2021, she worked at a financial institution for 11 years, and in the Operations Department as the Debit Card Manager for seven years. She obtained her AAP certification in 2017, NCP certification in 2022 and APRP certification in 2023.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Compliance Officers, Frontline staff, including tellers, customer service representatives, and other employees who directly interact with customers regarding ACH and check payments.
