LLC & Consumer Joint Borrowers – primary residence

A member is asking the following:

We are looking at a loan where an LLC and an individual are borrowers for the purpose of building the borrowers primary residence. This is definitely consumer purpose, but would anyone consider this exempt by Reg Z since one of the borrowers is an entity?
