      Hello everyone,

      I have a question: We are going to go live soon with Positive Pay services and for those that are already using it, wondering what your procedures are when your Positive Pay customer has fraud on their account. Originally, we were NOT going to close their accounts like we do presently (closing compromised accounts), but now we are second guessing how to best protect the customer and the bank.
